Gisterochtend belde een vriendin Gonda me ineens op. Ze had kaartjes voor een theatervoorstelling en degene die mee zou gaan was verhinderd. Of ik niet mee wilde??
UH - ja hoor!
Krijg nou wat, heb ik zomaar ineens een date! Ik geef toe, ik had liever uit gegaan met een leuke vent (zij waarschijnlijk ook hahahaha!), maar eerlijk is eerlijk, je kan het slechter treffen toch??
De voostelling was van een caberatière waarvan IK iig nog nooit had gehoord: Karin Bruers. Een middelbaar Brabants typje met een show over hoe het zou zijn als ZIJ president was. Best leuk, heb erg moeten lachen om sommige stukken.
Daarna naar vriendin Vera, die op Valentijnsdag jarig is. Gezellig nog een paar uurtjes zitten beppen en uiteindelijk lag ik pas tegen 2-en op bed - GAAP!
Yesterday morning my friend Gonda unexpectedly called. She had theater tickets but the friend she was going to go with couldn't make it and would I like to come??
Um - sure!
Whaddaya know, all of a sudden I have a date for Valentine's! I admit, I'd rather go out with a cute guy (so would she actually hahaha!) but honestly, you could do worse than a night out with a good friend, right??
The show was by a Dutch comedian I had never heard of before: Karin Bruers. A middle-aged woman from Brabant who talked about what our country would be like if she was elected president. It was actually quite funny.
Afterwards, we went to our friend Vera who always has a nice Valentine's Day because it is her birthday ;). We chatted with friends for a few hours and it was close to 2 a.m. by the time I saw my bed - YAWN!
