Koninginnedag

Ik was nogal vroeg wakker (nog op Jordaans schema van iedere dag om 8 uur vertrekken denk ik...) en besloot dit jaar toch eens te gaan kijken op de vrijmarkt in Spijkenisse. Ik ben niet zo van al die rommel maar na enthousiaste verhalen van mede-scrapbookers hoopte ik wat leuke knutselspulletjes te kunnen scoren. Dat is nog best gelukt ook ;)


Na een ochtendje snuffelen kwam ik thuis met: een stempelset; een doosje horlogeonderdelen; 2 oude woordenboeken om pagina's uit te scheuren; een pak scrabblekaarten; en een setje kartonnen kinderboekjes om te alteren.
Nu alleen nog tijd vinden om ermee aan de slag te gaan...

Woke up early (I think I'm still on the Jordan time schedule of leaving at 8 am every day...) and decided to visit the Queen's Day street market in Spijkenisse. I'm not really into other people's junk, but after hearing enthusiastic stories from other scrapbookers about their finds I was hoping to score some goodies too. And so I did ;)
After snooping around the entire morning, I went home with: a letter stamping set; a box with watch parts; 2 old dictionaries to rip up for projects; a deck of scrabble cards; and a set of small chipboard children's books to alter. Now all I have to do is find some time...
