The joys of jet lag

This is getting ridiculous: for the 3rd night in a row, I woke up at 4.30 a.m. (it is 6 hrs later in China...)
Shouldn't I be over this jet lag by now??? YAWN!

I plead guilty >< arond 5.00 for me! I did some needlepoint to avoid fustrations ;)
