Scraplift

Voor de niet-scrappers: scrapliften betekent een bestaande lay-out kopiëren en er je eigen draai aangeven. Ideaal, want waarom zou je het wiel steeds opnieuw uitvinden terwijl er zoveel scraptijdschriften met voorbeelden zijn?

In de Simple Scrapbooks van juli/augustus stond een lay-out van Wendy Smedley die perfect pastte bij wat ik voor ogen had voor m'n foto's van Aqaba:

For all non-scrapbookers out there: scraplifting means taking an existing lay-out and adapting it to fit your own style and taste. Great concept, 'cause why would you want to invent the weel every time when there are so many magazines filled with cool ideas out there?

I found the perfect lay-out for my Aqaba pictures in the july/august issue of Simple Scrapbooks. Shown above are the original by Wendy Smedley and my interpretation.
