I didn't just adopt Pluk yesterday, I also adopted a chicken!
I still buy my bag o' veggies every week and this week they had an article in their newsletter about a foundation called Adopt a Chicken. Such a cool thing! For approx. EUR 30,00 a year, you financially support an organic chicken farmer and as a thank you, you can pick up some organic eggs from the health food store every month. Farmer happy, chicken happy, you happy!
